Amethyst and Curtis were legally married and sealed in the Twin Falls, Idaho Temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Their ceremony took place in the hot afternoon on August 28, 2021. When they exited the temple they were greeted by their loved ones at the door.

Their reception took place at the Bride's grandmother's home in a lush green garden with a large willow tree in the backyard. The garden was in bloom with all sorts of flowers and the sun was peaking out of the trees all evening. The couple chose to do a ring ceremony in the backyard before their reception began. They shared heartfelt vows and exchanged rings with the bride's grandfather as the officiant.

The rest of their day was filled with dancing and time spent with friends. Amethyst and her dad had one of the sweetest father-daughter dances i've ever seen, even I was silently wiping away tears from behind the camera, Their bridal party decked out the getaway car in everything imaginable (i'll let you use your imagination on that one). There was a sparkler send off and then as one last token from the bridal party, Curtis pulled out a homemade T-shirt that I am here to report Amethyst did wear on their honeymoon later that week, just hopefully not in public.
